We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after successful order confirmation.

Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders across India are delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Location and serviceability
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays from courier partners
  • High order volumes during sales and festive seasons

For certain remote locations, including parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability or unforeseen logistics delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@noin.in and our team will assist you.

To ensure reliable delivery across India, we work with trusted logistics partners, including:

  • XpressBees
  • Blue Dart
  • Ecom Express

The courier partner is automatically selected based on your delivery location and service availability.

Delivered But Not Received?

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  1. Please check with family members, neighbors, security personnel, or office reception/mailroom.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification at support@noin.in.

We will immediately initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

In genuine cases where the shipment cannot be located after investigation, a refund or replacement may be offered based on the outcome of the courier partner's verification process.

Please note that investigations may take up to 10 working days to complete.

Requests reported after 48 hours of the delivery notification may not be eligible for resolution, as courier partners often restrict claims beyond this period.
