Refund policy
At NOIN, we strive to ensure that every customer has a great shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the date of delivery).
You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size.
- The product is damaged or defective.
Size Exchanges
- We offer free size exchanges.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us whenever service is available in your location.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size.
Product Exchanges
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and labels must remain attached.
- The product should be folded properly and packed securely for reverse pickup.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for exchange.
Only one exchange request is permitted per order.
Refund Policy
We provide refunds only in genuine cases such as:
- Defective products
- Damaged products received during delivery
- Incorrect products delivered
To request a refund, email support@noin.in with:
- Your Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
After verification and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or a bank account provided by you.
Return Processing Fee
In exceptional cases where a return is approved despite the correct product being delivered, a ₹100 return processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics costs.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in colour, print placement, or design may occur due to screen settings, photography, and printing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.
- Refunds or returns will not be approved for minor colour or design differences.
- If our inspection finds that the damage occurred after delivery due to customer handling, the request may be rejected.

Please do not accept visibly damaged packages from the delivery partner.
Sale & Discounted Products
- Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
- Size exchanges remain available for eligible products.
