Noin is an Android mobile application engineered around a strict offline-first, zero-telemetry architecture. Noin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and run the application on Android devices that you own or control, solely for personal or legitimate garage vehicle record-keeping purposes.
IMPORTANT AUTOMOTIVE DISCLAIMER: Noin is an administrative record-keeping tool. It is not an onboard diagnostic scanner, professional mechanical inspection system, or substitute for your vehicle manufacturer's official Owner's Manual or certified technician guidance.
The application provides estimated fuel economy, tire tread depth tracking, and scheduled maintenance reminders based strictly on user-entered numerical values and intervals. Noin does not verify the physical mechanical condition, roadworthiness, brake safety, or tire integrity of any vehicle.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle is operated safely and serviced according to OEM guidelines and statutory road safety requirements. Under no circumstances shall Noin be liable for vehicle mechanical breakdowns, part failures, accidents, personal injuries, or roadside damage.
Noin enables users to generate printable "Buyer Resale Dossier" PDF reports summarizing their vehicle maintenance history. You acknowledge and represent that all data, odometer entries, dates, and repair costs input into the application are accurate and true. Noin does not certify vehicle records against state DMV or police registries.
The Lifetime Multi-Bay upgrade ($19.99 One-Time) grants perpetual access to unlimited vehicle bays and multi-page dossiers with zero recurring charges. Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's standard terms.

1. On your old phone, go to Settings / Privacy → Export Data (CSV / JSON).
2. Save the file to Google Drive or email it to yourself.
3. On your new phone, install Noin and tap Import Data. All bays and logs restore instantly.
Ensure you are signed into the same Google Play account on your Android phone, open Noin, navigate to Garage → Unlock Pro, and tap "Restore Purchase". The app will immediately activate your Lifetime license.
Yes! VIN entry is 100% optional in Noin. Pre-1981 classic cars, vintage project trucks, motorcycles, trailers, and race cars are fully supported.
Under your vehicle bay, tap "+ Tread Check". Enter the tread depth for all 4 corners in 32nds of an inch. If the app detects an uneven variance greater than 3/32" across wheels, it automatically triggers a tire rotation recommendation.
